Markie Post was born in the United States and is an acclaimed actor. She's played in the roles of Christine Sullivan the public defender in NBCs Night Court, Terri Michaels as the bail bondwoman Terri as part of ABCs The Fall Guy drama series and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman the sitcom Hearts Afire by CBS. She's appeared on several other series apart from acting. She is the daughter of poet Marylee Post and scientist Richard F. Post she was raised along with two other brothers within Walnut Creek. Las Lomas High School was where she studied and cheered. She was a student at Pomona College for a short period of time, and later was graduated at Lewis & Clark College, Oregon. In a private note, Post was once was married to Stephen Knox. In 1982 she was married to writer/actor Michael A. Ross with whom her two kids.
