Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing husband JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our family. People often recognize me on Instagram, where I chronicle my life from highs and lows. The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America along with my parents and brother as I reached the age of one-and-half. If it wasn't for my parents' passion for dedication and hard work, I probably wouldn't even be with you sharing my story. Being aware of the possibility at a better future I strived to make them proud and had a clear vision for achievement. My goal was to attend school to graduate, and then get an employment that was good. And then I wanted to have a family and a wife. My idea of success was to attend college to graduate, then get an executive job. After that, I'd marry to buy a home and start a family. Life had other ideas. When I was in 2013, I started dreading going to my corporate job. The money and the status did not bring me joy- I felt as if I had wasted my time in exchange for a salary but I knew that I had a destiny. When I started to take steps toward a new direction in my life, I began to discover that personal training was my passion. I'm a sucker of exercise and enjoy working around people and helping people. My business was founded in the year 2014. It is my 7th anniversary in this calendar year. It's rare to meet an Asian female in the business. To lead in my field, and to offer quality coaching, to assist others in achieving better health and happiness by creating a healthy lifestyle to suit their requirements and to reach their objectives. It is my aim for me to help others chase their goals and lead the lives they've always wanted. As my professional career took the air I also lost my mom. This loss is the worst of all. She won her eight year fight with the disease and now rests in Heaven and with me in my thoughts and heart at all times. It is possible to learn from the world, even if it may be difficult to see it now. The unexpected death that shaped me for the better. In my opinion, that it provided me with a chance to live my living a full and fulfilling life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. It was her time to begin her new life as I was given another chance to live living a happy and fulfilling life. In my 30s I feel a sense of living and being alive. I don't feel like I just exist anymore. As I tell my story I hope my thoughts will resonate with you. I hope to make you aware that you're never alone. You have the ability to achieve whatever you want to achieve. I pray to live your life fully and that your end is without regrets since that's the only thing you can count on in this life.
